Weight Loss Programs

Atkins, Fit for Life, Jenny Craig – there are almost as many weight loss programs as people who want to lose weight! Sharing our experiences here will help us all get a handle on the wealth of information — and misinformation — out there.

The only thing I can recommend is good old fashioned diet and excersize.

None of these pills are going to work. Fact is people have weight problems mainly (although not ALL THE TIME) b/c of the mind. You have to beat the demon thats telling you to over eat, or that you need to have that bag of chips at 1 in the morning. No pill is going to help you overcome that.

Neither.

Exercise and a healthy, balance diet.

Just something for everyone to know: Propolene has glucomannan, which expands in the stomach and helps you feel full, if you have a problem overeating, its ok to take AS LONG as your dieting and exercising, pointless otherwise. Zantrax is aweful!!! One serving contains as much caffeine as 30 CANS OF POP!!! I have heard so much aweful stuff about the Zantrax that there is no way anyone should ever even consider taking it...

Yeah, propolene is just for hunger- it says its gonna do other stuff, but tthas basically a line. The zantrax has made people feel sick, nauseas(sp??) shaky, and irritable. NOT good stuff..

zantrex-3 worked for me awhile. I did have some trouble sleeping the first few nights. after that i got use to it. what it basicly did for me was to cut out the 2 am sugar cravings... I took it up untill i ran out with no problems...

Hi Kidd22!
I've been taking a new product called HerbaLean & I've lost 3 lbs in a week. It's an extended release type, and it's curbing my appetite throughout the day. It has low dosage Ephedra - 10mg, which is legal, again.
What I like best about it, is no jitters or nervousness, like ephedra products used to make you feel. I'm exercising & eating right, too, so it's a great combo.
I'm glad that they brought ephedra back, because it does reduce body fat. The most important thing is to follow the directions and never exceed the recommeded dosage. 10 mg is all you are supposed to take.

I heard about it on the radio. I ordered it online. The web site was myherbalean.com/ntexas
I'll be checking back with you.

Follow up to my weight loss progress: Today is the 11th day since I started supplementing my weight loss with Herbalean. I've lost 5 1/2 lbs.
This is working for me!

I didn`t have any side effects with Hoodia... and a doc I know recommended Meridia as well. So, I recomend Hoodia to anyone, but the real stuff not the fake one! Be careful there`s a lot of scums around!
