Hey everyone! I have been scrolling through these forums for a while And I'm Surprised nobody has said anything about SPAMMY Fat loss program! I mean if you really want a good solid work out guide then this is your package.

I've been using this guide for about 6 weeks, I am 43 lbs lighter and averaging about 7 lbs a week! I Just want to contribute to a great site with a great cause and effect on it's members so here is the link to the site.

Overall I give it a 8/10. Its fast, effective, well re-known, and I have tried everything and it feels good knowing I wont be tempted with pills and having the stress of looking up in trend diets.
