Rep Power: 0 | | I have to say I am very skeptical when it comes to "magic pills" etc.
This is what the product's site says about it:
"Want to lose those stubborn excess pounds, maintain your ideal weight or simply start feeling great about yourself? Then LIPObind™ is your ideal natural weight management partner."
"Taken after food, LIPObind will help reduce the amount of fat your body retains from the food you consume."
There are heaps of money being made selling these products, and I don't think many of these products are worth that money.
My money is always on exercise, high intensity interval training and a fantastic diet |

Rep Power: 0 | | I would try pills if I had no choice, but I would like to try losing weight naturally so I can keep it off because what would happen after you stop taking the pills? So pills would be a last resort for me, but I would try some kind of pills if all else failed. But I agree with you that doing it the natural way is the best. |

Rep Power: 0 | | I have been trying to lose weight for the last 6 months and for the past 2 months i havent lost a thing. I go to the Gym 3/4 days a week and also eat around 1300 cals a day. I have tried changing what i do at the gym to see if this kick starts the loss again but nothing.
Any suggestions??
I am going on holiday in dec and would like to try an lose another 14lb by then.
Thanks x |

Rep Power: 85 | | You need to give things like height, weight, age etc...
It could be that you have been eating too low and that you need to increase the calories....
Search the forum for "plateau" as you could have encountered one of those...
What nutritional targets have you been aiming for (and hitting) with your 1300 calories?

Rep Power: 13 | | | i've read quite a lot about these, i think they exaggerate their claims but they're basically like those alli ones without being as strong or with all the side effects, I dont think you really need them but I think you would be better with these than some of the ones you can get from the internet that can damage your heart :S |

Rep Power: 5 | | The aim is the same as alli but they work differently. Alli shut down a certain percentage of the lipase used to break down fats, making excess fat run out of your system. These Lipobind, to my knowledge, attach to the fat molecules and surround them with a coating, making them too large to be absorbed by the body.
Alli would yield far better results, if used correctly over a short period of time. Naturally is best, but to kick start things there is no shame in looking for some help in the form of a well tested, legitimate drug. As long as you remember they are not the answer, they are just something to maybe help you along a little bit. Alli are called Alli because they are meant to be an Ally on your weight loss path, not the ultimate solution. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Lipid binding agents are destined to fail. Hundreds of thousands years of human evolution have developed super effective mechanisms for extracting nutrients (fats, proteins) from whatever enters your belly. As long as the binding is physical (like a sponge) and not chemical, nothing will really help. HOWEVER, you can take lipid binding agents to reduce side effects of Alli.
