weight loss is 2 pds a week.
There are a few things you can try for
weight loss....do whichever works best for you. There are lots of diets to choose from, I am a fan of the 1200 cal
diet, myself.
But I've also heard of people working on one thing at a time so that its not so overwhelming. For example,one week, stop drinking pop. then the next week,no pop, but do somethign else, like add a healthy breakfast, and the next week, soemthing else, maybe excersize, ect.
You'll do fine, just remind yourself, it will take time
