hello to all im so excites today i got in the scale an realize that ive met my goal i started with 64 kilos now im 58 my height is 5 2 but im thinking seriously in losing more weight i lost 6 kilos in one month and one week with diet, 30 minute walk 5 times a week, 2 times a week pilates, an hour walk to the park every saturday and 3 times a week weight lifting.
HI TO ALL, i´ve gain weight again and i really feel so sad because i don´t know whats wrong with me i dont have any motivation, since december 2006 i´ve been trying to get in a diet but i end up by ruin it.
2 weeks ago my boyfriend proposed, and our wedding is plan for next year, thats another reason i want to lose the extra weight i guess i gained around 7 or 9 kilos my weight was in 57 kg. and now im 65 or 66 and my height is 5 3,
i would like to weight 55. Im exercising 5 days a week an hour daily but i just need to stick into my diet so i can achieve my goal. PLEASEEEEEEEE HELP ME I GUESS I NEED CHEERS
