Rep Power: 0 | | | Hey guys, I'm 20 y/o looking to lose 75 lbs. - going from 255 to 180 and we'll see where it goes from there. I plan on doing a reduced calorie (1800-2000 calorie diet) and moderately-intense cardio 4-5 days a week. PM me or reply to my post if you want to be a buddy, as I could use the support and friendly competition to be healthy in a college campus setting.

Rep Power: 158 | | | Hey everyone Im new here. Im 16, male and from South Dakota.
I'm looking to change from an offensive tackle to fullback next year in football and currently weigh 253. Would like to go down to about 200 - 215. If anyone has a similar weight loss goal (35 - 50 pounds) I would be interested in being a weight loss buddy with someone. If you are interested send me a message on this site. Thanks |

Rep Power: 0 | | I think that you can help your body by using the new product which is the Patch JEN FE Plus. You will not need any diet. Eat normally and get slimmer. This is made up with only natural products.(Guarana, Forslean, Chrosmate)

Rep Power: 0 | | | 1. Eliminate (or cut way back) meat, dairy (esp. cheese, butter and ice cream) from your diet
2. Have one meal per day be a big salad and make your own salad dressing from mustard, a bit of honey and red wine vinegar. Have a slice of whole grain bread (no butter) with your salad
3. Drink nothing but fresh water--no sodas, and cut way back on beer or wine or other alcoholic beverages--and drink nothing that contains high fructose corn syrup
4. Let your snacks be low calorie such as pretzels, apple slices, grapes, carrot strips. No fast food (too high in fats, sugars, and salt)
5. Eat a good breakfast such as oatmeal, whole grain cereal and fresh fruit
6. Walk or swim or do a treadmill or elliptical for 30 minutes 4-7 times/week |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Jenna, you should be easily able to achieve it yourself. Generally diet buddies are helpful, but they also have their darker side. If the other person loses his interest in it, you too go down with him because some or the other way you are connected emotionally to your buddy.
I tried it, it did not work for me. Or maybe, i choose the wrong buddy :-)

Rep Power: 0 | | | I did south beach and I lost about 50 pounds in not even 3 months. And I've kept it off for almost 2 years now. I found it to be the easiest diet because it pretty much told you what you could and couldn't eat and you didn't have to count points or anything like that. What I lost really isn't typical for the amount of time I did it but I know others who have done it and they got really good results from it as well. |
