Hey!
I've just started a weight loss blog. In the first post I have a review about two weight losing diets. Feel free to check it out and comment what to do in order to improve my blog.

I am right now on that same road to my goals. I am exercising and using a nutritional program that has helped me lose 30 lbs already. I feel so good on it and I am doing really well, plus with the exercise it has been fantastic. I too like being able to encourage others and be incouraged.
hey city shooter, if you stop losing your weight after doing everything, maybe what you did was not enough, that you thought that it was everything you could ever do. try to do ask more people about what is the best thing to do, and learn more from the experiences
Why is it so easy to put on weight but not so easy to take it off again? I'm really looking forward to being a member of this forum... there are so many places on it to go and so much to read. Thanks in anticipation for the inspiration.
Welcome and congratulations on your baby! I also am new to the forum and find you can get a lot of help and information from joining a support group like this.
It's not the same as having someone call you up and physically exercise with you, but comes close.
Keep exercising, you can even do some with baby when you out in the park - be creative! Also watch the type of foods you eat without necessarily skimping on the quantity or quality. And take it a day at a time; it took nine months to gain the weight. So, expect to lose it in a year or thereabouts.
In answer to your question, eating to gain weight takes no effort at all, now eating to lose weight is another story - it entails making conscious decisions about what and how you eat and includes being active!
Diet is the most important component in losing weight. Exercise is important too, but when you're losing weight, you HAVE to eat right. You have to eat fewer calories than you take in.I would be willing to bet that you're not eating the right kinds of foods to lose.
