Hey everyone! I am looking for a buddy to talk to and we both can keep each other on track. I'm currently 188 lbs and looking to lose about 74 more lbs.
I bet you are so excited about getting married...have you booked a nice honeymoon too?? Have you bought your own dress? Well, Im doing fairly well at weight watchers...this is only my 2nd week though...I lost 2lbs this week. Ive been trying to be more active too...trying to walk places instead of using the car...and Ive borrowed my hubby's push bike to go a few places. I went on a 2hr bike ride with my friend on friday....we hadn't planned on going for that long...but....when u get nattering you go further than you think. I'd like to lose another 2 lbs this week. Ive decided on Xmas eve, Xmas day, boxing day, newyears eve and new years day to eat whatever I like...I know I'll put on a few pounds...but....hopefully I'll soon lose that. I want to enjoy all the Xmas goodies and not worry about counting any points. Anyway keep in touch! Keep up the good work girls...we can do it !!!!!!

Thats great!!! I've been going to the gym about 3 times a week, and cutting out the junk food. I need to get more stricter with my eating habits though. I'm known to eat out of boredom which needs to stop.
