I have just started it today...All I've tried so far of the range is the chocolate bar, which tastes ok but I'm seriously not convinced by the texture.
I confess that I'm not very good at sticking with these things, so when I talked to my doctor we agreed that I could have one very low calorie meal for dinner - tonight I'm having a chicken salad, with the chicken poached and skinless

So because of this it may take me a bit longer to lose, but I think it'll be worth it if it means I can stay with it for longer!
I'm really excited to see how it goes though, and excited to hear how you all find it!
