Any weight loss through pills or surgery without a lifestyle change is going to come back.

I wouldn't want a magic pill or surgery. I know me, if i didn't have to work for it, I won't change and Ill jsut get fat again ( and probably much worse.)

And don't get stuck on the notion that natural = safe.. It's not always.

I'd bet a box of chocolates that somewhere on the box/bottle/container/instructions that no one ever bothers to read - states pretty clearly that the remedy works IN CONJUNCTION with a sensible diet and exercise.

Guess what - sensible diet and exercise are effective on their own.

It is great that you want to lose some weight for your wedding. Please remember that there is no perfect size. Pick a weight where you will be happy and healthy with yourself. Now as far as the slimming pills go, yes some work . I personally own a brand of Lita' Extra Strength herbal weight loss pills that i sell to my family, friends and community.
