I was just told by a friend that he lost 18
pounds in a week by eating nothing but chargrilled chicken for breakfast, lunch and dinner while only drinking water, and eating no later than 6
pm at night. He said along with the
diet he had only worked out 2 times that week, and one day in the middle of the week ate a lot of junk food so his
body would be able to burn something other than the protein he was only putting into his system. He was advised by his personal trainer to do it for no more than one week. While he is a friend, I'm wondering how realilistic the actual total of 18
pounds is. If anyone knows of anything about
dieting like this, please let me know.
