Raw food

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this board because I've put on weight in the past few months and I'm determined to lose it. I've been tempted to do the Atkin's Diet so as to get the job done in a short amount of time. But after a few days' consideration... I don't think I want to go through that again... I don't like meat, and I can't live without fruit.

Anyhow... So I've decided to just eat raw food. I hope that there are others out there who would like to join in and post their losses. It will be very supportive and motivating and all that.

till then!
Lump

Lump,

good luck.

Raw vegies are better than the cooked ones.

Keep going with persistence.

Goodluck with that. I know that you dont like meat, and meat is a good source for protein. If you're not getting enough protein, you should try Whey Protein powder, or water based canned tuna so that u dont miss out on the benefits of meat.

Good luck with it!
I would never go to a diet which forbids me to eat meat! I love meat!
