Rep Power: 0 | | just started Hi....I just started the SlimFast Optima yesterday -- in the cans. It's not bad, to me. It's very convenient, and for me, I had been skipping breakfast and lunch, then ending up binging at dinner, so this might help me get the nutrients I had been missing. I have incorporated light yogurt for a morning snack and a piece of fruit for an afternoon snack, then a meat and vegies for dinner. Hopefully, I'll see some results soon! Good luck to you! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Optima shakes, can I've drank SlimFast in the past and couldn't stomach it. Now that there is Optima and less sugar it tastes so much better. Especially if it's really cold. I have to drink it with a straw as well. Makes it taste better. Strange I know. I have some quirks about me.
I started SlimFast over the summer. I followed their plan and drank plenty of water and started walking. I lost weight! I really did. I was surprised. With that I got some motivation to keep it up. Then winter came and I quit the SlimFast and gained weight back. Only because I stopped exercising and stopped eating right. Not because I went off SlimFast, alone.
So, I am trying to find the motivation to start doing something again. I can't seem to stop eating chocolate chip pancakes. They are addicting! I have no willpower. |

If you can do the slim fast way to go! MY mom lost 25 lbs after her baby when she went on it. Unfortunately I can't handle all the milk with the shakes and I'm not much of a bar eater but everyone else go for it!
I wish you all the best of luck!!!!!

Rep Power: 0 | | I just started it yesterday. About two years ago I did it for a month and lost about 12 pounds. I went on vacation and then it all went down hill from there. I have to get serious about losing weight and the weight watchers thing just seemed like too much work for me. So I'm attempting this again. Hopefully it will atleast get me used to not eating huge portions and that sort of thing and then I'll go into just counting calories or something else. I am also a VERY picky eater. So diets are hard for me to find things I like that are good. I can stomach the shakes so there is two meals I don't have to try and find something healthy to eat. |
