Rep Power: 0 | | Sorry for the confusion - have faith in whatever the hell diet/detox you want - what I mean is faith in people, people had previously debated whether people are genuine or not. As I said, I'm completely genuine. And frankly, being that I am, I don't appreciate being laughed at. They are MY opinions, which I am FULLY entitled to. And isn't the whole idea of a forum such as this to give your ideas to share with other people to help them, should they choose to take your idea on board? Even if I'm the only person to believe something, whatever - don't take the piss. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Hi Everyone, I am new to this site but wanted to post to everyone about this 18 in 4 diet.....yes i bought it and did it last week.....I am the type of person who really struggles to lose weight, even if I am dieting and exercising hard out I am lucky if I lose a 1/2 pound a week.....so I tried this diet last week and I lost 10 pound in 3 days, I only lasted for 3 days LOL, but I am back on it starting from yesterday..... in the two days I took off and I ate normally, well not completely, I kind of pigged out LOL because we went out of a family event type of weekend and well things happened LOL.....anyways I only put back on 2 pounds and they are already gone
I am 5'4 and I started out at 149 lb and today I am at 138 so I am totally excited and jumping for joy, I have tried everything under the sun, and I am a seasonal faster as well, which I do for detox purposes and I usually do a straight water fast for 10 days and usually lose between 8-12 lb....so I was shocked when I lost more doing this diet then water alone.......so for anyone who has literally had it and wants to throw the towel in, I say have a go at this diet it is great |

Rep Power: 0 | | | following with interest i have just found this thread as i too had read the amazing stories about this diet and was curious.
there are lots of people on here telling us how they are feeling while doing the plan and of their weightloss while on the plan but there are no followups telling us how they had done when they came off the plan, are they all embarrassed at actually doing the plan when advised not to as they have found they have indeed piled on all the weight they lost and probably more, or are you still trying it to see just how much weight you can lose.
come on let us know if it is actually worth us putting our bodies through this or if we will be dissapointed in the end. |

But what do I know. | I think that there are two types of people out there - those who want to lose weight quickly and will buy into whatever 'plan' out there promises to help then achieve that and those who have tried those plans (multiple times for a lot of us) and have finally come to the realization that to truly change yourself, you have to make just that, a permanent lifestyle change. Forever.
Until an individual comes to the realization that lifelong success only comes through changing your habits and lifestyle, they will continue to look for whatever short-term solution out there will help them lose weight without having to change the habits that made them heavy in the first place.
You can't help everyone Steve, just put your energies into helping those who want it. You know who they are.
As a former 'fad dieter' it was hard coming to the realization that the only way I was ever going to change my appearance was to change myself permanently.
It isn't worth the aggravation trying to change the mindset of someone who isn't interested. |

But what do I know. | Mostly I'm amazed by the fact that it says "banned" under your name...yet you continue to be an active member. First I wondered why you had been banned. Now I'm just wondering why it says you've been banned when you're obviously an active member. |

It is saying that you can lose up to 18 pounds in 4 days and the program is $27 to download. Has anyone tried this program before? If so, were your results positive and could you give more detail of the program? Or if you have any other suggestions that could help me on the road to success then I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

sweeteeak1 | Just started this diet today, it cost me £14.30. after looking through the diet it does state no excercise, this is because of the low calorie intake. i started off this morning with black tea no milk sugar, 2 glasses of water and 1/2 grapefruit, good start and feel ok. lunch time soon and it consists of boiled eggs, greenbeans , butternut squash and tomato juice. this diet i feel is a boost to start a healthy eating diet. i have read people saying that this is not worth the money but i untill ive finished the diet i cannot comment. i say that if i lose 10lb in the 4 days then its been well worth it, will let you know how i got on after i finish it. |
