That goal being what?

Making the people who actually follow this thread with serious intent look like fools even though they don't realize said foolishness?

Nope, haven't lost it. I'm still doing that.

Hop right in line. It won't hurt. It's easy to fool a fool.

Hello!

How are you all? Well, I hope! I really enjoy logging on here at night and reading what you've all wrote. I'm feeling great, not that some of you care! I've been back onto my 18 weightwatchers points (15500 Kcals) for the last 2 days now and enjoying my food again. I actually enjoyed the grapefruit in the mornings so I'm continuing with that. I'm a bit sore from yesterdays gym session but that's always a good sign!

I'll not weigh myself until next Tues again and hopefully I'll be 9st 13lbs/10st the same as after the 18in4 diet, I will be very honest as it's a good experiment for me and it's important that I share my experience.

Steve, Mal, Milk Drinker & Honey Licking Pooh Face, I thank you ever so much for your wonderful encouragement! I will reach my goal and I am lucky that I only need to reach 9st 9lbs which is only another 4/5lbs. I'll be realistic and be happy to give it another 5 weeks cause I'm a girl that likes to party at the weekends and enjoy the odd take away!

Keep posting me those insults and Pooh Face I just love your use of the French language, very classy. Imagine, I wouldn't have met you guys if I hadn't have done the 18in4 diet!!!!

I swear these ultra low calorie diets make people crabby - the 18 lbs that's potentially lost must be in the form of sense of humor

Carry on kids..

Actually, being an attorney has nothing to do with it. But anyone who thinks that an 18lb weight loss over a period of four days is anything that is going to last, well, who's the idiot there?

You are so childish, it is very amusing.

Jesus, you go abroad and miss it all.

Frankly, all I have to say is that the fact that there are pretty much only negative comments here anymore makes me wonder... why *is* this thread still alive? Surely you could go do your bullying elsewhere? Mock people using pills, patches, on detox... anything else that doesn't fit into your world?

Live and let live. People will always do as they please. Your superiority complex is not becoming.

Everyone must be able to express their opinions...or their experience; but every time we do that...we (I do) expected a different opinion. Sometimes the person has a "blood temperament"... (or they are impatient with so many "theory of diet" ), but my interest is resolve my problem with my weight...I'm looking for real answer's, I'm looking for true knowledge...I'm not looking a person with a "pleasant character", - I prefer precision of information...if this information is from a pleasing in manner...it's better, but if not...i don't worry very much with is.

In this forum we have person's with a nice manners and order...not so nice... However I prefer a person how tell me what he/she think to a person very pleasant or agreeable, if they don't give me what I'm really need.

This subject (diets and lifestyle) is very sensibly for the most of us, for many reasons. The information we have, are a lot, but we have a lot of bad information. Very people are at this moment confused... not everyone, but the most are.

For better or worse, I see some people have a bad reaction for some person how helps directly or indirectly everyone, with they experience and their knowledge...everyone can learn with. And this position are very stupid.

You looked for the solutions and constructive discuss about this subjects or to convinced other person about that "fad diet"...?

Another strange situation is the effectively judgment about personal life...nasty consideration about qualification/ habilitation refers...like: "if you spend so many time in here you ...." I really think in this forum...no one, should go to this way. I wouldn't like it.

I don't agreed with all or about everthing...I have my own opinion of course. But I have more doubt than certainly. And I have a respect about "learning", because I respect myself, in first of all.

(sorry about difficult I have to express myself in English language)

Angry LOSE 18 lbs in 4 day diet

I tried this plan and did not lose anywhere near 18 lbs. I tried to get the satisfaction money back guarantee. REFUSED...James Zeta wanted my grocery receipts for all food purchsed.....WHICH would have been no problem had the plan stated it was needed for product quarantee. IT was in small print in with the plan instructions just like you were doing it for your own records.

James ignored my request even after I sent him my proof of purchase from paypal. I am forwarding this information to everyone that I know. If the purchase were for more money...we would be in legal process right now.

I think it is a shame that people can take advantage of others...with that intent in mind in the first place.

Please let me know if you have anyone with this experience.

Thanks
