Do any of you use this or have used it? I picked it up at a garage sale for free a week ago, and forgot about it until earlier. I installed it, and its really nice. It lets you log everything, and even reminds you when you haven't drank enough water. Only thing I'm not too sure about is that it says my weight loss plan is extremely difficult..that kind of makes me bleh just hearing extremely difficult lol.

Says on there that I should weigh 130 by August 27th 2007 by losing 2.05 lbs a week. On sparkpeople it says that I'd be able to be 130 by September 6th of 2007 by losing 2 lbs a week. I'm going to try my damned hardest to accomplish this!! But with this software its making it a little easier on me lol.
