What's the difference between Hydroxicut and the Hardcore? my soon to be former husband took the hydroxicut and had fabulous results.. I am merely curious.

The regular Hydoxycut is about 10 bucks less than the Hardcore. But the same warnings apply. eucate yourself first!

if you have a fixaction with red poop, don't expect any from the regular hydroxcut. In fact if you like to watch your poop turn colors, its cheaper to stick with froot loops (same process)

Remember the hardcore is designed to make you shiver and your heart race. If your working out hard though, You shouldn't notice these things. as you are going beyond what the stuff does to you anyway. If all you do is sit around all day, You will notice the effects and it may scare you a little. and as such you shouldn't be taking it.

Currently I am taking the regular Hydrxcut but am way past the six week cycle it is designed for.

I have heard good things about "Lipo 6" And may try that next. It is cheaper than the hardcore and I have heard a lot of good things about it.

OK, I like green tea and I know what a few of these things are, but I think I'll stick to exercise and good diet! That approach has worked for a 50 lb. loss for me so far.

my boyfriend takes that stuff... but then again hes a boy and his workouts consist of lifting ,etc. I dont think its a good idea to take this sort of thing if youre doing real cardio work outs.

ok, i've got no reason to lie or exaggerate about anything, i have just purchased 440 tablets of hydroxycut, it has cost me $200 australian. i have taken 2, and they are now useless to me. my top lip has swollen right up, i took 2 tablets monday 12.30pm. at 7.15pm monday night, i noticed an unusual tightness in my upper lip, and realised it had swollen up, and by the next morning 7am, was still swollen. it is now 11.30 tuesday morning, still slightly swollen.

the strange thing is, this has happened to me before. 3 times. the last 3 times i took speed, or meth, or whichever. as i was only having it in very small quantities, it took me til the 3rd time to figure out what the hell i was having this allergic reaction to, and it was only weekends when i had induced speed. i would snort it or whatever saturday night, and sunday night at about midnight or so, the swelling would start. i had to take one monday off work, it was so disfiguring.

the 2nd time it happened, i stopped using everything, like shampoo, deoderant etc, in case it was that. the swelling would be gone by the tuesday.

then 3 or 4 weeks later, when i had speed again, i realised it was only the weekends when i had had it, that this was happening.

so strangely enough (it has been at least 2 months since i had speed), it has happened when i have taken hydroxycut. and ONLY when i have taken hydroxycut. and only 2 tablets.

so i dunno ppl. i found this all very strange, that i would have the exact same allergic reaction.

anyways, i've definitely given the former the old heave ho, but with the hydroxycut, i was thinking of keeping trying it, to see if i could get used to it, as the effect is certainly not as pronounced as previously, but it is still rather noticeable.

just my 2 cents, not bagging it yet.

Speed, meth, etc., and Hydroxycut and all fat burners are stimulants. Did you ever take any products with ephedra in them and get the a similar reaction?

I'm interested in finding out exactly what you may be allergic to as a drug geek and if any of my friends/random people online come to me with this or a similar problem.

Hi there, this is my first post, and I am choosing to reply to this particular post because I recently began taking HH. The funny thing is that B A Rabbit's post is very similar to my experience.

Since the end of May I've lost 45 lbs (from 270 to 225) with a very restrictive diet (1000 calories or less) and I TRY to do 30 minutes of cardio a day. This is BEFORE HH.

About a week and a half ago I picked up HH. I was primarilly looking for something thermogenic, and I am happy with it so far.

For ME, the main benefit of HH is that it gets my heart pumping faster, easier. That is to say, the work that would normally put my heart in a 65-75% of Maximum rate now puts my heart rate at 80-90%.

Do I still have to work out hard? Absolutely. Do I still diet extremely restrictively? Yes.

It doesn't do the work for you; it just makes it easier to get to your target heart rate.

dude i'm so sorry about the late reply. hopefully you're still around!!! i haven't tried anything with ephedra yet, spewing, got so many hydroxycut tablets left over. just not interested in taking em, too scared that i'll get the same reaction anyways...if i have too many energy drinks i start to lose circulation in my hands...and my lips too. its crazy. i have to go run around like a madman if i'm out drinking, can't sit or stand still...
