Hi, I'm new to this forum, and i came across it when i was curious as to the results that other people have had while using
HydroxyCut Hardcore, and i noticed that there alot of people on here who used HH or
Hydroxycut and didn't seem to be taking it like its intended to be used, or the claims of the side effects like the infamous "red poop", or jitters discourages a lot of people from using it. I'm not saying its for everyone but for some it rocks! and whats with the whole red poop thing? A few of my friends and i are all taking HH, with a exercise and
diet regime, and none of us have experienced any of the side effects which many people have talked about. The worst thing that one of us experienced as a side effect was a headache, only because my friend wasn't drinking enough water through out the day and wasn't taking a daily multivitamin.
Not to long ago, i'd say about a month and a half i just started to get back into exercising and
dieting, and for the first initial 2 weeks i lost 7 lbs from just 30min
cardio workouts 2x a day, 5x a week. Run/jog in the morning and swimming at night. Towards the start of the third week i started using HH as instructed on the bottle, and on the first day that i started taking it, i noticed a huge difference in my
energy level, when i went for my run and swim that day i was able to hit my target
heart rate alot easier which was great, not to mention the added
energy i was feeling was great too. It also effectively stop my urge to snack around work which i think helped oh so much, because of all junkie foods we have lying around there for us. but it also killed my
hunger, so i forced myself to eat my three regular meals a day, with maybe a fruit, or a breakfast bar in between meals (which by the way wasn't that hard to remember to eat, you do get hungry). But i think it was probably all the water i was drinking that kept me from staying hungry in between meals. Anyways by the end of the third week i lost 4lbs and a inch around my waist. Which was awesome because in the initial 2 weeks of exercise i lost 7lbs and half an inch around my waist, and the trend continued for the following weeks after that. Now that I'm down to 12 capsules left in my bottle and ready to go get my second month supply i am happy to say that i have lost 3 1/2 inches around my waist with no muscle loss and after a month with HH, plenty of exercise and
dieting I've lost a nice 16lbs. Which my friends are also around the same ball park. Which is great because spring break is this Friday and we are looking good and ready for it. I just hope we remember to keep the drinking down to a minimum because I'd hate to lose any progress we've made.
But my for my main reason why i reply'd to this thread was to put my 2 cents in about if you stick to a good exercise regime wither it be
cardio or wieght lifting type and eat well, while using this product i think you to will get good desired results from it, and if you drink plenty of water and take a daily multivitamin with it you'll do fine. I think as for the jitters part if you don't exercise or have a low tollerence to caffine you might get the jitters but just go run it off or something. I think they also make
Hydroxycut caffine free, but caffine free does that even work? who knows. Remember this product is designed to maximize your work outs, not to sit on @ss and hope it works off the
fat. I guess thats why it works for some and not for others.
All in all, it worked for me as a booster when i started to getting back into shape as well as for other people i know. Oh yea did i mention my sex drive went up while using it, but i highly doubt its because of HH, but who knows.
