Has anyone ever attempted to use this specific brand?

I started it on my first day of vacation 2 weeks ago, ate everything I wanted (because I have no will power) and still lost 2lbs.

I have energy galore, but am nervous about crashing when I stop taking them.

I have a friend that used the regular Hydroxycut and she lost 4 lbs in a month, but she only took 2 day (one at breakfast and one at lunch). She was afraid of the caffeine too. I guess you could always cut the dosage down until you get to the lowest dosage and then stop...that way your body wouldn't go into shock if its used to all that caffeine. Not sure if that'll work, just my guess. Kinda like weaning yourself vs going cold turkey.

I use stacker 2's they give you a birst of energy that lasts for 5-6 hours without the nervousness.

I used it for 4 days before I gave up. The results were great because I lost 3 lbs without doing anything different.. but on the 4th day, I took the pills and went out for a quick walk around the neighborhood and it gave me enough energy to go a mile without stopping (which is a lot for me) and when I got back home, I felt so nauseous. I couldn't move for an hour because I was afraid I'd throw up.

this is going to sound nasty, but hydroxycut always gave me the runs.

Yikes- careful with stuff like that! I wouldn't dare- I've got a funky heartbeat and just the stuff in cold medicine makes me jumpy, and not a good jumpy.

Yes, I took it. The stuff was great if you know how to use it. Don't just buy a bottle and think that, by taking it, it wil make you lose weight. it doesn't work that way. And becouse not many pepole are willing to put put forth the Maximun effort that is needed when taking this type of stuff, It gets a bad name.

HH and other fat burners are designed to give you a boost when you are working out. and not to just burn fat like people are lead to beleive they would.

For me, I started a diet and workout regime and lost a good 30 pounds BEFORE I took the HH. Then after I was established, I went ahead and provided myself with the boost which was required.

Lost another 30 pounds or so. HOWEVER!!!! I CAN NOT state enough that I also work out hard and have such a restricive diet that others could quite reagulary argue that the Fat burners did nothing for me. Furthermore,I have continued to lose the weight after not taking the stuff also. But my level of fatigue has risen substantually.

Whatever.

The results are still there and have been maintained and improved apon.

Now some of the side-effects of the stuff could also be a turn off to some. First and fore0most is the price. Good luck find a 120 capluse bottle for less than 45 bucks. Then be ready to shiver a lot. this is the thermogenisis at work. HH tend to give work by turning your fat stores into body heat and thusly given off through the skin. It also upper my sexual drive alot.


And it WILL turn your poop red which s kind of hard to deal with if you know how to vie your excrement as a sign of how your digestive system is working.

Bottom line is if you FEEL like the stuff will work for you even as a placebo it may be worth a try. But educate yourself first. Find out about other methods that exist and don't be afraid to try them either and or first.

By kowing what you are doing to yourself, You increase your method of success substantually.

I take it as directed. It is an extreme energy rush. It has helped me stay motivated on 18 hour days when I don't have the energy to go to the gym. As far as fat burning potential and appetite supression, I haven't really noticed or cared about that. I know there is no pill that will make you lose weight and I haven't taken it for that.
All in all I am happy with the product.
I have had no side effects what so ever.

I have noticed that there is a ton of surplus of women on this site, so I thought it would be a little fun to make a group just for us guys you know...the minority...

What do you guys say, who's with me? We can discuss...you know...maybe guy stuff ...or whatever, I don't know. We'll come up with something, or this thread will die pretty fast.

But the main reason I made this thread was just to whine that we are the minority
