Question Supplements

I was wondering if anyone had lost weight successfully with supplements? I was also wondering if anyone has used Betagin or found anything that works to convert fat to muscle? I want to look toned instead of flabby. If anyone knows of any good supplements that help but don't make you feel jittery and give you heart palpatations please let me know.

Sorry to tell ya but fat cannot be converted to muscle. From supplements theres too many to mention. I'm using more than 10 kinds right now lol. I would recommend MAN Scorch or ephedrine/caffeine stack. But remember your diet and excercise are so much more important than any supplement. If you want tone it'll take weight lifting AND cardio. Make sure you drink lots of water. I've done well with supplement and weight loss, but I think it was much much much more the diet and cardio as compared to supplements. I would recommend doing it natural without supps. and see what you can get out of it, supplements get very expensive very fast. Make sure you get lots of protein daily and DRINK LOTS OF WATER!

All I can tell you for sure is that CORTISLIM is being sued by the gov't for selling a defective product. It does not work at all. I've heard this on the "today" show.
