| If you think about it though, everything you eat or drink and think is healthy, someone somewhere will come out with 'research' that will tell you otherwse. Red meat, chicken, water - no matter what, it's bad for you in someone's books. It'll drive you round in circles if you follow everything you read and hear.
I am trying Gillian McKeith's health plans, and she is massively keen on all natural products, so I guess the only way is to just eat as healthily as you can and choose natural, organic produce rather than processed. |
