I found a way to loose weight that was relatively easy

Hello

Ive lost 15lbs in the last six weeks I did it by stopping eating food that had toxins in it.

The cutting out toxins was a bit frustating cos you have to read the labels on all the foods and once you realise how many foods have toxins its a bit depressing at first but the results are well worth it.

Beth

what are you considering a toxin?

cutting out processed foods is a fine thing and only eating fresh foods i think is the ideal for most people...

Reading labels is scarey stuff.

Hello

When you read a food label anything that you do not recognise as a natural food is a toxin. ie sodium glutomate zantian gum e23654 if you eat it your body does not know what to do with it and stores it in your fat layer which makes you gain weight without any nutritional benifit.

If you think about it though, everything you eat or drink and think is healthy, someone somewhere will come out with 'research' that will tell you otherwse. Red meat, chicken, water - no matter what, it's bad for you in someone's books. It'll drive you round in circles if you follow everything you read and hear.

I am trying Gillian McKeith's health plans, and she is massively keen on all natural products, so I guess the only way is to just eat as healthily as you can and choose natural, organic produce rather than processed.
