Question Has anyone tried 6 week body makeover?

I saw it advertised on T.V. and have seen the people on extreme makeover do it, but I want to know if it is really practical and easy to do. I've looked at the website and I'm not sure how easy it would be to follow the eating portion of it. It looks like you can't use hardly anything for seasoning. Has anyone tried this before?

Montreal, on every one of your post you recommend Meridia, could ya stop spamming. Its overpriced crap anyways. I havent tried the program, but try it for 8 weeks, it'll give you guidance if you dont know what your diet should be like. If your tired of your current diet then its kinda fun to change it up. Seasoning is bad for ya, and it makes your body hold a lot of water weight and makes ya heavier.

Thumbs up

Yes! I love the 6 Week Body Makeover! It totally changed my outlook. It's expensive, but for me was worth every penny. It's really not for everyone because it's a big change to give up salt, sugar, fat and dairy, but the results are so worth it. I had 4 diet buddies quit on me, so you really have to be ready mentally and want it really badly to stick to a strict plan like this.

Yes, it is very expensive, not for the program but just to buy the food. I didn't like it because I couldn't handle eating protien 5-6 times a day. And a lot of the things that I would have to cook my family wouldn't eat so I ended up buying enough groceries for two separate menus, not to mention I was cooking all the time. Hate to be a bummer on this but the program was not for me. It works for some people but didn't work for me, especially financially.

Hope you have better luck on this program than I did.
