I was not sure were to post this so if this is not the right spot sorry.

Anyway I lost 10 more lbs but I have a feeling its because of stress. I have been so stressed its made me sick and because of it I have lost weight.

Will i gain it back once life gets back to normal?

You shouldn't worry about it. If it was weight meant to come off you won't see it again. If it wasn't meant to go it will reshow itself to you at some point. Stress can also cause weight gain so I advise you not to worry about where the weight drop came from and just be happy about it if anything.
