Rep Power: 0 | | Eat Cookies...Loose Weight??? Hello All!
I have to share this! I have been on several diets over the past three years and every single one required I change my lifestyle in one way or many ways. I exercised, I hate balanced meals, I supplemented and the list goes on.
I was recently introduced to something which completely changed my life. A friend introduced me to a diet where I could loose weight without changing my lifestyle.
I lost the 15 pounds in 5 weeks that I have been trying loose in 3 years of dieting.
The results are great and I did it EATING COOKIES!

Rep Power: 0 | | | hmmmm looks like just advertising to me.
all those diets that use shakes or meal replacements are no good... coz the minute u start eating propa food again you just put all the weight back on. and u cant jsut drink the shakes n eat cookies for the rest of your life
i have tried n tested near enough every diet over the last 12 years and those shakes are jsut the worst... u are always hungry ... and fair enough u lose weight but after a few weeks it jsut becomes hell being hungry all the time and you go into a major binge.
does anyone know anyone (apart from the original poster) who has done a shake/meal replacement diet and has lost the weight and kept it off??
would be interesting to know |

Rep Power: 9 | | ^Thats what I'm on. I use the Shake to make up 227 Calories of my breakfast (I'm Calorie Counting Too), but I eat something else with it, so I don't starve.
I'm still in my diet, but its helped me lose over 20 pounds.
I think if you change your lifestyle then you can handle it. I am not always hungry anymore, I'm used to eating less.

I didn't mean to come accross like I was trying to advertise. I really just wanted to share my results and how I did it.
It's worked for me and here is what I did:
- I replaced my breakfast with a shake.
- I replaced my mid morning snack with one of those cookies.
- I ate a normal lunch
- I ate another cookies in the middle of the afternoon
- I ate a normal supper
And I didn't feel hungry
Now I've realized that my appetite has shrunk which is helping for when I choose to stop dieting. I'll keep you posted.
