I recently spent a bunch of money on the LA Weightloss plan....is anybody else on this plan? I really feel that I did the right thing! It has the motivators that I've always lacked in my dieting, so I hope it works! I was just wondering if anybody else is in it....I might have a few questions

How is it going Hyperose with your LA Weight Loss, I believe I answered your question on a private e-mail you send me but never heard from you again.
Well, I am in the same program, but unfortunately quite a bit dissapointed and in like 10 weeks have only lost like 9 lbs or so, not a great loss, but I need to keep on pushing and hopefully just thinking of the amount I paid for this i need to continue on. Tell me how you are doing on it, I am interested in knowing how others do in this program, I hate the fact that they don't have their own forum to be able to get ideas from other members.... on what to eat, and how they have lost so much weight on this program. Could you give an idea of a day's food that you eat, I seem to have a problem on what to eat, there is so many eggs or cereal i can have, there are so many vegetables I can make, and I am over the chicken and fish, so I need ideas on what others make to eat everyday.
