Question abs diet + power foods
hi everybody...
does anybody have any prior experience of doing the abs diet and the power foods..? I have just started it and i would really appreciate a feedback..thanks.

Anyone knows about availability of the full version
Hi everyone.

I have this book Abs Diet and Workout Program in bothpdfand doc version....size areound 19mb........but they all are abridged version and does not contain all the pages
Can anyone tell me where I can get the fulll version as well as the name of the author publisher etc?
