I've done/am doing weight watchers. The first time I did it I lost 18 pounds, but gained back 20+ when I stopped. Just be sure to keep it up, don't make it a diet.

I am doing weight watchers and I think it is an awsome program......because what will end up happening is you will automaticly do it naturaly and not need to pay the 12.00 a week for a meeting....the meetings are mainly for motivation....which are wonderful.....but I get my support here.....and having been a paying member to w.w. twice i understand the fundamentals about eating correctly and exercise. W.W. is great for the beginner and someone who has never tried it...especialy if they have a lot of weight to lose

I've been doing WW since January. I started at 166.6 and my lowest weight was 139.0 about a month ago. Now I haven't been able to get to the meetings and I am 143.4 on my scale. ugh... any ideas for me to jumpstart this weightloss again?? my goal is to be 130 by the end of November. Is that realistic??
