ok im starting weight watchers tomarow and i hope i will have some sucess in it any tips or pointers i should know? and how are the lean cusian meals and the weight watchers icecream bars?
I love the ww points plan.. I started at 250lbs and 16mths-ish later Im down to 190. I find that everytime i hit that platuea and I stop losing weight I have to change my diet. I will stop the ww point plan (still eating good) but focus more on walking or pilates. 1 time I had sucess doing the slim-fast diet (shake for bfast and lunch) and 3 snacks, and a healthy dinner. I did that for 3 weeks then started back up on the ww plan and i lost 3 lbs the first week, and 5 lbs the 2nd...then it was steady for a few mths.
