No kidding! I like how WW lets you eat whatever you want basically and lets you have that extra space to snack if you want to. It's an excellent system and a very healthy one, unlike some diets out there these days.

Ok.. I've been trying to do the points thing all day and I'm only up to 19 points.. so my ? is .. what happens if you dont get all of your points in?? Will it make your metab. slow down or is it good if you dont get them in?? Next ? ... Does anyone know how the activity points work?? I dont have a book for that!!

Hey Girl You Have To At Least Get Them Points In That Are For The Day To Keep Your Metabolism Going Strong! Also I Found Out You Can Get Info From The Weightwatchers Page As Long As You Sign Up But You Dont Have To Pay To Just Post In The Forum And Get Help! So That Should Help Us A Lot Also! See Why I Know Its Easy To Do You Cant Even Get Your Total Points Christina Hehehe!

Just stopping in to see how my WW buddies are doing.. lol.. I finally made it up to 26 points today but I have 3 activity points I can use.. I dont know if I want them or not!! lol. Anyway.. Just wanted to say hello!!
