Weight Loss Programs

Atkins, Fit for Life, Jenny Craig – there are almost as many weight loss programs as people who want to lose weight! Sharing our experiences here will help us all get a handle on the wealth of information — and misinformation — out there.

Slimfast / Weightwatcher mix

My problem is simply time and I think I am not the only one.
I HATE to count calories but I don't hate vegetables.

The way I am surviving best during the day is the following :

Since I am too lazy to count I go for pre-made stuff such as Slim Fast or Weight watchers.

Let me explain.

In our shop here we have a HUGE variety of ready made meals from Weight Watchers such as Chicken Tikka Masala, Fish meals, even different pie dishes.

Since I am not much of a breakfast guy I start the morning with

One Slim Fast Milk Shake .. (I love that stuff)

Lunch : One Slim Fast bar and veggies

Diner : Weight Watchers meal and veggies ...

The total calorie amount I take / day is about 1000 isch which should be actually fine ? Shouldn't it ?

I know there are better ways .. but so far this was the best way which I could stick with .. in the moment I have my difficulties over all, but in general thats how I mostly go with ..

1000 calories is too low unless you are really tiny.

If you added in an additional snack bar or two...
though i think i'd prefer something unprocessed.. like a tuna sandwich or an apple and peanut butter sandwich... you might come in under 1400 calories a day which is a little better - I'm guessing your a male type fella..

though with those frozen entrees, they are uber high in sodium.. which leads t water retention (especially in females) so really keep yourself hydrated.. drink lots of water...
