hi! I am taking the shakes 2 times a day mixed with protein powder, cell u loss, multivitamin, total control, and the cell activator. All of the supplements I take 3 times a day. I feel really good. I have been on the diet 6 days now, and feel like I have lost alot of inches. I have also lost about 5 lbs. I have tried the protein snacks that are "shapeworks" and don't like them at all. I have the tea also, but have yet to try it. Thank you so much. I feel good knowing that I have support.

New to herbalife

Hi everyoneLike all of you I need to loose heaps of weight. Have tried so many diets and none of them seem to work.
I am now on herbalife - have the shakes, tea and total control. I exercise regularly but was doing so in the evening and for some reason after going to the gym , I would weigh myslef the next morning and find myself gaining the pounds! Have now decided to get to the gym first thing in the morning - do 45 - 60 mins of cardio and then have the protein shake for breakfast..
I really want to loose 10 kgs - please help me stay motivated!

do you think instead of herba life, if i did the same place with protein shakes it would workA? but since the protein shakes (regular whey ones at gnc) arent meal replacements, if i eat some salad n fruit with it.. it would work.
i compared the nutrition labels of hte two, protein shakes have less cals, MORE protein, way less fat and carbs.

and for one barrel of 170 scoops its about 40 bucks

Hi Guys! I would love to have someone to be a buddy to that is on the herbalife diet. I have lost about 10 lbs, and have really noticed a decrease is appetite. Just eating a complete and healthy dinner isn't always easy with 3 busy kids. Anyone finding that you need 2 cans of formula 1 a month?? I thought purchasing an Advanced Plus kit, that it would give 1 full month of everything. I ordered another canister of the formula 1 and hopes it gets here before I run out. I guess I will only have one shake a day and maybe some veggies in the am with my pills until the next can arrives. Hope everyone is doing good, and hope to talk to you soon~

Hi!
My mom took Herbalife for a long time and had HUGE results when I was younger.

I'd like to start that - I'm looking for an initial loss of 20 lbs and a final loss of 90-100 lbs.

What would you recommend for a program as a beginning? Thanks!

I'm doing herbalife again I really like it. Just sometimes financial things come up.

Cnolan- The best thing to start out with is some formula 1 and personalized protein powder, Herbal concentrate tea, multi vitamin. I think all the other stuff isn't as important especially when starting out.

Hi Everyone,
I have something to share about cell-U loss, total control, multi-vitamins and cell activator. After being on the program for about 2.5 months now, I noticed that I continued to drop the pounds despite discontinuing the pills for about 1 month. So I really think the formula 1, Protein plus and the tea concentrate is sufficient for weight loss.

Well, having said that, everyones body is is different and it may work for others so its really a personal experience that I'm sharing.

Stay on the program cause it really works !!!.... to date I Have lost 12 lbs

Hi ......... I'm new on here but I saw this and wanted you to know that Usana Peanut Butter Bars are very good, try looking them up on ebay in Australia, they maybe cheaper.

I am glad that everyone seems to have found something that is working for them too. That is GREAT I do the shakes from Usana, and I can never seem to keep on it. I always say "The next meal I will have one"

You might gain weight before you lose it. Keep on it, when I actually stick to the Usana (same concept) I lost alot of weight. I'll be your diet buddy if you are still looking for one

New to herbalife

Hi there!
Started on the shapeworks progr am on the 20th of April. Have lost approx 3 1/2 kgs but now I seem to have plateued. The scales dont seem to budge.
Am having a conundrum though - the only time i lost the weight was when i stayed away from the gym. Have gone back to the gym - only cardio but the scales dont budge. Anyone else with these symptoms or am i the only weirdo. Also replace two meals but i feel incredibly hungry at dinner so i have a bowl of soup as well.
Feedback would be much appreciated
Malini

Hmmmmm .......... I don't know, have you tried restting your glycemic levels by just doing the shakes for 5 days? I know that when doing the shakes from Usana they say when first starting to reset you glycemic level by doing the shakes for my days, then going on shakes and a healthy main meal in mid afternoon.
