i have tried every diet possible almost nothing works long term so i figured why not try the hypnosis can any one give any info please

Hypnosis just influences the way you think more than anything. You have to be open to it, and you have to want it as well.

Hypnosis cannot make you do something you dont want to do by yourself, and you will remember everything that happens during the session - in fact its like laying down in a warm hot bath with the radio on in the background or something.

I think I may have some Hynosis mp3s somewhere around i may be able to upload for ya - it was a hobby of mine for a while back
