special K diet?
okkei~ so I was thinking a/b trying it~
~~~~~~
eat a GOOD bfast (my one non-special K mealof the day)
meal bar for lunch at school (I don't have much time to eat there anyways)
and then a bowl of special K cerial for supper~
---and have some light snacks in between---
~~~~~~
DO YOU THINK THIS WOULD WORK? D=
The box says I can loose 6 pounds in 2 weeks (or something)
and I love the new chocolate cerial stuff they have~ xD
I eat it all the time even tho I'm not officially on the diet yet~=P
Now~ b4 somebody tells me that I don't get the right nutrients in~ I take my daily vitamins every morning with bfast (mom makes me- lolz!)
WELL WELL?
Do you think I can do this?
I just need to loose 20 MORE POUNDS!! (yeababy!!)
I do exercises everynight! I burn at least 300 cals in DDR~ walk my dog everyday for around 20 mins~ I do ALOT of at-home workouts for my abs and bootay =D
Dad works my arms 4 days a week~
It is not something you can maintain for any length of time - and just like any "diet" where you eat X foods, and the weight comes off, as soon as you start eating normally again, the pounds will come back.
I simply don't consider it healthy
I hope you find something that works not only for you, but in a healthy way as well.
Must you spam that link all the time? it breaks pretty much all out link rules (ie they are selling something and it has the old 'Order Now' crap)
The article is free, as are many on his site. He has programs for sale, but Im not saying anyone should buy them. I think this is about as basic as you can get, and everyone should take a look at it. I have no affiliation with the site, so its not really spamming for my personal gain.
I suggest the 'No Crappy Food Diet' invented by myself of course!
Basically, don't eat crappy food and the weight will come off. Ok, so what's crappy food: Chocolate, sugary snacks, fast food, pasta, white bread, chips etc...
Now I do have a single serving of cereal for breakfast every morning---and at the moment I'm altering between Raisin Bran and Special K. I think if you use the cereal as one meal throughout the day and just load the rest of your eating with fruits and veggies that you'll see some major results.
Has anyone tried this diet? I thought it might be something I could try to jumpstart myself out of this rutt...I like the cereals well enough. Any thoughts?
