I just came from the doctor, and my cholersterol and weight are up again!! it looks like what I have been doing hasn't exactly been working!! guess I will have to try something else, this is very frustrating!!! |

I looked and didn't see a diary or any posts by you that might mention your plan. The idea of a quick and easy fix just isn't there. My opinion is that the only thing that these pills and such do is put more money in the pockets of the pill manufacturers. |
