Advice Anyone Please

Hi,

Im not sure if this is the correct section to add my thread but here goes.

I am 34 (female) and trying to get my stomach flat again, one day it was as flat as a pancake, the next day i look 4 months pregnant (no im not) just look it LOL.

I am only tiny in frame and have no fat anywhere else, i weigh in at 112lbs, now this is not alot, but im sure 40lbs of that is my stomach. LOL

My question is, iw ant t lose my stomach and get it toned and flat once again, but don't want to lose any weight from anywhere else or i will not be seen.

What is the best thing to do?

Is there any workout video's that will help me?

yes what he said. unfortunately its not possible to spot reduce, your body decides where and when it wants to lose weight - you just have to do the work.
