Hi,
Im not sure if this is the correct section to add my thread but here goes.
I am 34 (female) and trying to get my stomach flat again, one day it was as flat as a pancake, the next day i look 4 months pregnant (no im not) just look it LOL.
I am only tiny in frame and have no
fat anywhere else, i weigh in at 112lbs, now this is not alot, but im sure 40lbs of that is my stomach. LOL
My question is, iw ant t lose my stomach and get it toned and flat once again, but don't want to lose any weight from anywhere else or i will not be seen.
What is the best thing to do?
Is there any workout video's that will help me?
