Nah its not lasting(well Im almost positive its not), I think its just more of a "sweat out a lot of water then look thinner" then drink water that day and itll go back. Thats how wrestlers "make weight", they workout with a bag under their shirt, they sweat a lot, then they lose a bunch of water weight, then they drink later that day and it comes back

Nah your right thats all they are.they supposedly make you sweat out the impurities and toxins in your body.....basically means your paying a bunch of money for someone to wrap you up in saran wrap lol. not worth it if you ask me it all comes back when you rehydrate.
