Hey everyone, i was wondering if anyone has used Trim 'n Slim? its a pill that you take an hour before you eat, you take 1-2, it helps burn fat, and helps your metablisimn and gives you some energy (well its supose to do all this lol). I was just wondering if you have heard of it or anything? Thanks!
about the only thing most pills do is reduce the size of your bank account.
the majority of them are high doses of caffeine or green tea or the equivelent - not regulated by any government agency so heavens knows what it'singredients are..
they also come with a disclaimer in the directions... to also follow a sensible diet and exercise plan...
skip the pills and just do the sensible diet and exercise

Diet hucksters are the first one to seize on the "all natural" label. Rattlesnake venom is "all natural' too! You've got the right idea -- working out and proper eating.
I agree too. I think everyone is looking for that "easy pill" that get you out of doing the physical work. But at some point...just like I have to...you have to get past the golden bullet idea and just dig in and start working out and changing your diet for the better. Good luck!
