If I want to lose a certain amount of weight, I can track how many calories I'm taking in on a daily basis without a problem. However, I don't know how many calories I should be taking in because I don't know how many I'm burning.
Can anybody help me with this?
How do I know how many calories I'm burning? Post #2 (permalink)
You can invest in a good heart rate monitor and this will calculate the number of calories burned while you are working out like I do because I hate using machines and take a lot of classes at the gym and with the help of this can calculate the number of calories burnt. You can also look up the following website Free Calorie Counter - Calories Burned, BMI, BMR & RMR Calculator and get an idea of approximately how many calories you would burn while doing a certain activity.
