Myths I have busted

I too use to believe a lot of those myths! The one that I was really scared about was the bulking up and being afraid to lift challenging weights. I have now realized that the heavier weights I can lift, the stronger I will become, the more shape I will have in my body, and the leaner and smaller size I will have! I have used up to 50 lb dbs for some exercises!

My current routine is a home workout DVD and nutritional program called Fit Moms For Life. It is similar to P90X, but for moms. The awesome thing is, that the women working out in the DVD are actual moms who have gotten unbelievable results. The program is put together by Dustin Maher. You may have seen his programs featured on NBC, ABC, or CBS. If you are interested in checking his program out, he is giving the first DVD and CD away for free!

In my opinion, the biggest misconception with weight loss is that it needs to happen over a period of time. I think that anyone can lose the weight they want if they would just exert some effort. Seriously, chose a plan, stick with it, be PATIENT, and you will have success! Hope this helps...

Dietslike low fat, low carb or low calorie are a great way t lose weight permenantly.
