| You need to focus on weigh loss overall in order to lose your "man boobs". To do this, you need to focus on eating fewer calories. With the treadmill, don't worry so much about being able to run for 30 minutes, that will come with time. For now, do the bike, elliptical, or walk at a fast pace and slowly add in a little running. Depending on how much you weigh, running is going to be a lot harder and you can possibly hurt yourself (I still cant run because the pressure of the pounding on my knees hurts them, but as I lose weight, this pressure will diminish and I will be able to run more). That is my little bit of advice. You might get more responses if you introduce yourself in the Newcomers section and start an online journal that way you can keep track of what you are eating and your exercises. |
