Hi.. my name is Tiffany, I am an 18 yr old mother of a beautiful Lil girl named Lexis Marie. I have struggled with my weight my whole life!!! I finally got down to my smallest at 140 (the day i found out i was pregnant)...and reached back up to 204 when i gave birth.After I had my daughter I started back up with my dieting and exercising, and got back down to 150... but for some reason after i married the father of my daughter in Sept. i just stopped the dieting and exercising...and am now back up to 210!!! My husband just recently joined the
air force and will be leaving for his basic and technical training anytime now. So i have decided this is the perfect time to get down to my goal weight of 130... and become a healthier person.. not just for me but for my daughter as well! I have purchased the Power 90 series, and plan to start it this coming Monday! i have a record of starting exercise plans..and then only continuing them for about a week or two.. so I'm hoping that i can get support and motivation this time.. from anyone who wants to help me out.. or is in the same boat as me...and can keep each other going!!

I don't know if you're still around, but I love Power 90. We also have P90X and Yoga Booty Ballet round here. But Power 90 is definitely a great routine.
