Rep Power: 0 | | | Help With Abs I've been pudgy for years. I'm pretty young and feel like I'm ready to dedicate myself enough to achieve weight loss.
Can anyone help me and give me some excercises that are especially good for ab workout and fat burning in the love handle area. Also some good things to snack on in between meals that aren't fattening. |

Congrats on making the decision to take action!
Unfortunately for all of us, target area weight loss is a big myth. So, for example, you won't drop fat from your stomach by specifically working that area. You could do sit ups and belly dancing all day long, but if your body thinks it's time to burn fat from your butt, that's where the fat is going to drop.
The good news is that any diet and exercise plan that that encourages your body to burn fat will eventually burn fat in all the right places. A healthy diet paired with cardio and weight training is going to be your best bet for getting rid of those pesky love handles. |

Rep Power: 0 | | CB is right unfortunatly you cant spot reduce, seeing abs is all a part of your diet(first and most important part) and then exercise, cardio, resistance training and some ab work .
here are a few exercise ideas to get you going(my fave the russian twist wuth added weight good stuff )but you need cardiotoo, to burn the fat http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exer...cle=Abdominals
in between meal snacks...protein shake, cottage cheese and a fruit, yogurt and a granola bar(trans free),fruits and nuts(like almonds and walnuts unsalted)(i love apples w/ natty pb),veggies with a hummus dip(or another dip) some cheese and fruit....cant think of anything else but theres lots out there. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Like they said, you can't spot reduce. So, here are my tips for you to help you lose your belly fat.
1. choose the right food to eat
2. perform full body workout combined with abs-targeting workout
These should give you good results, if you perform these with precision plus a proper diet. |

great job! | Probably fell a victim to the "similar posts" section and did not check the last post date. Happened to me a few times when I first started.

The muscles of your abs stabilize your torso to maintain good posture.
Strong abs and back muscles are crucial for preventing lower back injury and pain.
Everything you do; walk, bend, sit, stand, reach, and lift, involves your abs and back. If your torso isn't strong or is imbalanced, you can seriously hurt yourself..
Thank you.. |
