do you all find that you and your partner don't have enough time for each other or don't do so many fun things together anymore??
I propose that we start our Partner Sports Day! Anyone is invited, those without a partner may just use a friend, they have wanted to get closer to or a sister.
I suggest on the Partner Sport day you and your partner decide on some kind of sporty activity on one day a week that you wanna do together for at least 30 minutes. This would make Sports more fun for us and would get the the partner's going!! And gives us some quality time together!!
Anything sporty is fine, a long brisk walk through the park (especially good for young families, because you can take your babies on that), a jog, a fitness video...
Me and my partner we will be running/roller blading (he runs I blade, he hates blades, I hate running!) on Saturdays to regent's park, which is about 30 minutes, and back!
I am looking forward to it!!
