quick question

whats up guys. im really new to this site so if theres something posted thats just like this im sorry for cluttering everything up.

Overall i am pretty satisfied with my body/weight/etc. im 6 foot 10/11 inches tall, i weigh 143 lbs, and around my bellybutton my stomach measures 29.5 inches. the one major problem that i am having though is chest fat. i have a lot of extra stored fat around my chest that give me the whole man boob effect. I am an active person and even when im home i ride a exercise bike, which i know burns fat as a whole, but does anybody know how to burn fat from that one direct area, casue its really noticable and if i could eliminate this problem it would be wonderful

thanks for reading this..anything will help

you're almost 7 feet tall and only weigh 143lbs?

that seems like you're seriously underweight?

There's a trhead or two here that talks about spot reduction and how it's basically an impossiblity to just lose fat in one place... You might be able to build muscle in that area, but it generally requires you to be in calorie surplus for that to happen.

What does your current diet look like?

You can not. This is called "spot reducing" Which is the single greatest fitness myth of them all. You can not do a specific exercise to loose specific fat, Simple.

Though if you are 6feet 10inches at only a 143 lbs, you are DRASTICALLY underweight.

to answer your question above becuase i cant PM yet..

my diet isnt really strictly calorie based, although i will count if i feel it necesary for certain foods.

my breakfast is always a yougurt, with maybe a granola bar a peice of fruit

my lunch pretty much varies everyday. i usually eat a lunch i can enjoy but i try to keep it within reason. subway has always been a favorite of mine. six inch subway sandwhich with a lot of vegatables on it usually satisfies me

dinner kind of the same thing. just kind of whatever my family has cooked, i just never like to go overboard with portions, but i do eat three steady meals a day

everything in between meals is usually one or two pwices of fruit during the day. i eat granola bars a lot too. and for the most part i only drink water. occasionally gatorade or iced tea but thats not too often

does this sound bad to you?
if it does how can i balance it better or add certain thing to it etc.
thanks again

Oestrogen(Sp?) problems, causing your chest to do that ? Because really, that is pretty underweight!

im not 6 ft. 10, im 5 ft. 10 i pressed the wrong key. i guess that explains all the drasticly underweight comments.
