I'd like to request some information on
cardio exercises and information.
I think if someone who knew a lot about
cardio, they could type up a thread and have it be stickied for people who may be looking for this information and can see it at the top of the Exercise forum instead of posting questions like "What
exercises can I do?" "Am I doing enough"?
I see there is a Work Out there already which has helped me quite a bit, but I'm looking for information on how long to run for, what techniques to use, such as walking, running, walking, running, how many minutes for.. etc.
I think this could help a lot of people more than me.
What do you think?
