My personal belief is that most of these products are snake oil and don't really do what you'd expect...

I am wanting to try to work out for a longer time. Maybe 45 min instead of 30. But I bought a 1 time try for $2 to see how it works.

Don't waste your cash or hope for a benefit over that of a placebo. If any "gains" are experianced it will likely be from the mental aspect of taking a product.

I would not ingest this substance even if griven free.
