Question Newbie!!!

Hello i'm new to this forum my name is Jessica I'm 28 years old adn I need a little help.....please

what can i do to work out my arms the are sooo bad they are very flabby I have never weared a sleeveless shirt in my whole life.

please help I have to lose about 60lb I'm 5'5 and i weight 235lb.

Wow well that's a great start. I don't want to push things or anything like that but I know that it has really helped me to start a diary on this site. In there we put well pretty much whatever we want. A lot of us post what we've eaten that day and the exercise we've done, as well as how life is treating us. I know this helps to keep us honest on things and make sure we're staying on track.

If you go into the section Weight Loss Diary and then just click Start New Thread and do it that way. You can also check out others diaries to give you an idea of what they're like. Mine is on there as well, it's Amanda's Diary.

doing any exercise for your arms (tricep and biceps) will help reduce the flab on the arm by filling out your arm with muscle (basically tightening the skin). It won't help you lose weight on the arm (directly), but willl help with the 'flab'.
