Rainy Day Exercising...
it has been raining badly and blowing a gale for days now, i am sick to death of the boring bike.... Any ideas on how to funk up my indoor work outs?

Do you have any other equipment? Even a jump rope would suffice.

Calisthenics are great too, especially if you haven't been weight training.

One thing that I like to do at home is the Billy Blanks Bootcamp. It's a pretty good work out and Billy Blanks is so encouraging, lol.

Yeh.. there are some really fun workout dvds you can get, and theres ones for every type of workout imaginable available.

When I get tired of my normal routine, I go and check out videos from the local library - they have quite a few (and my library is quite small.)
It's always good for those rainy days.

lol i was about to say when i get bored working out.. and it's raining i usually run up and down my stairs, or i turn on some music and just dance around.. honestly i look like a fool but gosh i'm tired after dancing! lol

This is why I own full wet weather gear, so when it rains I can actually get outside and wander around feeling impervious to the rain!
Shovelgove is pretty awesome and it doesn't require much equipment.
