welcome to the forum!!
I know of one website that has a lot of exercises posted, and it is free
The site is http://www.sissel-online.com/exercisesmain.php
You can sort them by equipment and category.
Hopefully you'll find something that helps

Rep Power: 10 | | | No equipment ... hmm, try some of these:
thighs/butt: hiking
stomach: running/jogging and crunches
underarms: ??? dips? I can't think of too many exercises for the back of the arm that doesn't involve equipment |

Rep Power: 95 | | | You can try some push-ups for your arms and maybe use some Food Cans instead of weights for curls. Climbing stairs and squats are also good for butt and thighs. And you can also do leg raises for your tummy.

Rep Power: 0 | | | If you are an early riser, I would check the TV - in our area there are a few channels that offer exercise programs in the morning and they seldom use equipment. If you want to get up later you can always tape the shows and then watch and decide which ones you like.

Rep Power: 0 | | | When it comes to losing weight, your body decides where it will come from. From what I have been told, you can't specifically lose fat from one area. You can tone specific parts of your body, but your body decides where the fat will be burned from.

Rep Power: 10 | | | From what I've heard, the body losses weight in specific areas in a specific order. If you have a very large gut, for example, the chances are that any weight you gain goes there first ... therefor, it'll be the hardest, and last place you can lose the weight. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | now that it just mean - i knew that the fat doesn't go away there first, but I didn't expect it to be last either. Does that mean that if I gain some weight it will show where I like it least and then go, where I would like to keep it once I start losing it again?

Rep Power: 10 | | | yea, as bad as that sounds, that's about right. Your body has certain parts that it prefers to store fat ... most common is obviously the gut, hips and butt ... and, subsequently the hardest places to lose cuz ur body wants it there ... it'll get rid of everything else first before it gives it's favorite spot up. Now, this isn't to say that you won't lose something from those trouble spots, just not as much as you would like. |

Rep Power: 95 | | I guess then I'll have a long way to go, before I look the way I'd like to . Well no time like the present to start.

Rep Power: 10 | | unfortunately, night clubbing doesn't work for me ... sure, i do a lot of dancing, etc, but usually i'm accompanied by a drink ... which more than negates any exercise that i'm getting | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
