i have a exercise bike but, it has no screen on it to tell what speed i am going. Does anyone know of an other way to measure the speed?

you should be able to tell how hard you're working on it - easy/moderate/hard - so just go by time spent rather than actual speed or mileage

You can purchase aftermarket odometers/speedometers for regular bikes. I assume they would also work on an exercise bike if it has a real bike wheel (not a magnetic wheel or a fan wheel).

"Google" bicycle odometer or stop by one of the bike shops in your area to see if they have something suitable that would work.

Good luck!
